I bring technical support to non-technical customers using my humor and high-energy. I am effective in system administration, customer support and organizing projects such as, training and computer upgrades. In other words, I can help people use their computer stuff more effectively! I like to bring a wicked sense of humor to my work.

A Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Anthropology from Sonoma State University, an Associate of Arts degree from Santa Rosa Junior College, certification programs in Novell, Cisco and Microsoft done at JBASS and Associates.
